The terms and conditions below are applicable to all villa rental and hotel reservations made through websites owned and operated by Bali Hello Travel Management.

Villa Rate Notes

  • All prices are for each villa rental, is for villa / night
  • It is possible to convert the Price on Website into Local or others currencies at time billing.
  • All the prices are including 21% Government tax and service charge
  • One bedroom at villa is required for 2 person maximum occupancy.
  • Extra person in Villa , above 14 years will be charged an additional cost 50 USD per night at villa
  • Extra child 14 years or younger is an additional cost of 30 USD per night at villa. For 5 years old or less is no charge
  • Airport transfer is no charge for one time Round transfer. Multiple transfer is charged USD 20 / car / way

VILLA and HOTEL RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservations have to be made in writing, either by filling in reservation form available in our websites or other mean of writing correspondence such as email and fax. The reservation must be received by Bali Hello Travel Management.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the 50% of deposit required.
  • Due to a high demand Bali hello Travel is usually booked in advance. Reservations are handled on “first come, first served” basis. The Deposit is applicable just 5 days after the booking confirmation. To confirm your reservation 50% deposit is required. The balance of the total amount needs to be paid 1 month prior to your arrival. Or at least 7 working days prior to your arrival.

PAYMENT METHODS
There are 2 payments methods. You can choose one of the three options below to settle your payment. Detailed instruction for selected payment method is available in the invoice we sent.
1. Credit card with sign on file method.

  • You are required to send the following documents by fax to our office at +62 361951 958 or +62 (1) completely and correctly filled in Credit Card Authorization Form (CCAF), (2) copy of your passport, (3) copy of both sides of your credit card.
  • All payment will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah in at a conversion rate informed in our invoice.
  • Payment is subject to 3% – 4% of additional credit card processing fee.

2. Bank transfer.

  • Transfers are made to corporate bank account as informed in our invoice.
  • All costs related to the transaction have to be borne by you. Make sure to mention “Full Amount Guarantee” in any currency when you submit the transfer instruction.
  • The Currency can be in Rupiah, US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Ringgit, Singapore Dollar.
  • Today’s easier to transfer the money is by WESTERN UNION, it is possible to do, if you prefer too, we can received the transfer by It.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits (only for accommodation booking at Villa or Hotel).  Each villa or hotel applies its own cancellation policy. Cancellation policy specific to the villa or hotel you are about to rent is attached to booking confirmation that we send.

  • Cancellation has to be made in writing, either by email or fax and must and received by Bali Hello Travel Management at least 30 within working days before date of arrival for all season periods (Low, High and Peak seasons). No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.
  • Cancellation received within 25 to 15 working days prior to the date of arrival will be forfeited a cancellation charge equal to 1 night accommodation Rate at Villa or Hotel.
  • Cancellation received less than 15 working days prior to arrival date will be forfeited a cancellation charge equal to 50 % (deposit) of booking paid.
  • Final payments are non-refundable

CHECKING IN and CHECKING OUT
Unless explicitly informed, airport transfers are provided as complimentary services. Pay attention into the following details to avoid any potential inconvenience.

  • Our officer/ driver will be waiting for you at the Bali Airport arrival gate, holding a board with your name written. On the check-out day, our officer will transfer you back to Airport (normally 3 hours before the flight / international flight).
  • Check in time is 14.00 and check out time is 12.00 local time. Early check in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability. Requirement for early check in and/or late check-out should be communicated in advance.
  • Late check out between 12.00 and 14.00 can be made, if no others arrive on the same day and time, with no charge.
  • Late check out between 12.00 and 18.00 will be charged at 50% of one night villa rental rate or hotel rate.
  • Late check out after 18.00 will be charged full of one night villa / hotel rate

EVENTS and PARTIES
Villa rental are made available only for holiday accommodation purpose only. Holding an event or party is subject to management discretion, surrounding neighborhood, local authorities, and may incur various charges and fees.
1.    Depending on the neighboring community, certain functions may not be allowed in certain villas.
2.    Explicit notice upon making your reservation is required for holding events or parties in the villa.
3.    Fees may be required to acquire a license to hold the event from local authorities.

LIABILITY
Getting travel insurance which covers any potential disadvantages during your holiday including illness, injury, death, damage, loss, and cancellations is highly advisable.

DAMAGES, BREAKAGES, OR LOSSES
Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of the stay. Bali hello Travel reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
